“Ghostwave’ is a word I use to describe the genre of music I create. It evokes some sense of nostalgia, with lofi characteristics, often combining vocal and degraded, tape processed synth sounds for a haunting feel- almost like it's being communicated from another dimension. I create Ghostwave from long-form sample material which collectively gives everything a unified sound. Participants can work with the sounds directly from my Ghostwave samples to create their own interpretation of the genre.” - TAETRO
