Thanks for downloading the Highnote Beta App. We believe your work should be shared early and often for feedback, so we’re sharing our app with you asap, now that we feel it's stable enough to be useful in your day to day.

That being said, here are a few things to note:

1. You can currently do just about everything you can do on the desktop in this mobile app, EXCEPT leave poll and sticker comments (those are coming soon!)
   
   

2. While the app is pretty stable, you may experience crashes or bugs. Please report those to use by emailing help@highnote.fm or reaching out via our site's support chat widget.
   
   

3. You might see a number of visual inconsistencies throughout the app. The team is hyper focused on functionality first and foremost, but will be polishing and improving the visual language throughout this process.

New features

Aside from moving our existing feature set over to a native mobile app, we’re excited to introduce a few new features:

Pinned Spaces

One of our team's favorite new features. You can now pin any Space for quick access right from the home screen of the app. Just tap the ellipsis in the top right of any Space, and tap Pin Space. 

Chat

As you’ll observe on the Space page, chat is now front and center, accessible via a swipe on any Space. Chat can now be disabled as well for those who want to streamline their Space. 

Bugs + feature requests

The beta phase is important: it’s when we find, fix, and improve all aspects of the app before releasing it to the public. You can find ways to report, engage, and help us improve the app by emailing us at help@highnote.fm.

The Highnote App will be available in the coming months as soon as we feel confident in its stability and readiness to support the broader public. Your valuable feedback helps speed that along!

Can I invite my collaborators to download the beta app and use it with me?

Yes! Anyone who interacts with a link you share will be prompted with the option to download the beta pp. In addition, you can share this link with anyone to download the app directly.
